Return period
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to contact us and request a return.
Product condition
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, unused, in perfect condition, with all tags and accessories.
Non-returnable products
Customized, perishable, or promotional products are not eligible for return.
Return procedure
Please contact our customer service at contact@chef-up.com before returning any product to obtain an authorization (RMA). Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in case of defective product or delivery error.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method. Initial shipping costs are not refunded unless there is an error or defective product.
Defective product or error
In case of defective, damaged product or delivery error, the return shipping cost is fully covered. Please provide proof (photo, description) when requesting a return.
